At Manucurist, we want you to love your clean beauty routine, but if a product isn't right for you, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on nail polishes or treatments that have been opened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
